Beth! Great illustration! It’s take years- but I think my “comparing” myself to other Christians is minimal now. I wouldn’t go back to my twenties or thirties for anything- well- except for my body and my mind. 🙂 After Bethany was born and diagnosed with down syndrome, God obliterated the “standards” I used to use to judge and compare. We are all broken, all loved, and His redemption and wholeness is freely offered to us all. Hallelujah! He can use any broken vessel!
